Donna launched her career in 1996 on Long Island, leveraging her experience as a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur with a home-based cookie business. She quickly achieved remarkable success, earning Rookie of the Year and ranking among the top 2% of realtors in New York State. In 2005, Donna took the helm of a training company, coaching and training realtors nationwide.  Her passion for empowering others led her to become a productivity coach for Keller Williams in Florida in 2016.  Donna finds it incredibly fulfilling to help others unlock their potential and create their own success stories.

When she's not busy being a rockstar for her clients, Donna loves to get her bake on, whipping up treats from scratch and perfecting her sourdough game.  Reading a great book, jamming out at a Dave Matthews Band concert, or crushing it at fantasy football are her go-to ways to bring the joy ....and show off those competitive muscles!
